Kenzie rides in from the airport with her stepsister's fiancé, and the road gets far less attention than she does. When the stepsister rings, the two of them sell a perfectly polite story, then walk inside to a cheerful welcome.
Our take A tight joke: a car ride, a phone call, a smooth cover story. The tension lives in the glances, and the short runtime leaves little to chew on. Worth a peek at episode 2.

Synopsis

Kenzie lands just in time for Christmas, and her stepsister's partner is the one sent to collect her from arrivals. The drive home should take twenty dull minutes. Instead the car fills with teasing, wandering eyes and a phone call that forces both of them to invent a spotless version of the afternoon. By the time the front door opens and the family is singing carols in the hallway, Kenzie has already decided that the best present in the house is the one nobody should unwrap. The tree is lit, the in-laws are smiling, and one very festive costume is waiting for after midnight. Who will crack first, and who will enjoy watching?

Watch it if...

Pick this one for the seasonal setting and the fast, mischievous setup. It plays like a holiday movie with a naughty secret tucked under the wrapping paper: cozy house, crowded family, and a flirtation that has to stay silent in every room. The pace is quick, the lie arrives early, and the fun is in how nervous the fiancé looks while Kenzie stays perfectly calm. A good first stop for festive mischief.
