Synopsis

Nick arrives at his older brother's home expecting a quiet few days. Instead he meets Molly, his brother's fiancee, who is teaching an online class from the living room and has no plans to be shy about it. She is friendly, sharp and clearly lonely, hemmed in by a partner who prefers to keep her away from other people. A pose adjusted here, a snack shared there, and the two find it easier to talk than either expected. The brother is due home any moment, and the closer Nick and Molly get, the harder it is to pretend that nothing is happening.

Watch it if...

This is a slow-burn pick for anyone who likes a charged domestic setting and a heroine with her own plans. Molly is clever, confident and quietly rebellious, and Nick is the good guy who is easy to read. The brother's shadow hangs over every scene. It has a smooth pace, soft lighting and a mood that rewards patience. A solid choice for a late night watch.
