Synopsis

Just as his roommate bails to move in with a girlfriend, taunting him on the way out, the university's most popular woman shows up at the door. Paola is a fitness model and swim team star, the kind of student everyone wants to impress. She was assigned the room after a last-minute acceptance, and the mistake placed her in the men's dorm. She has no other option, and she hints they could find an arrangement. What follows is a tangle of house rules, showers, no peeking, and a campus rumor about who she is really seeing. He has to keep her secret, and she makes it worth his while.
