Theron meets his new stepmother and realizes his dream lover now sits on the throne. The king introduces them proudly while an oracle interrupts with a warning. Later, alone, the prince and queen admit they dreamed the same night, and neither pretends otherwise.

Our take Big myth energy and a bold shared dream, though the dialogue runs on exposition and the oracle steals the show. Campy in the right way, and curious enough to earn episode two.

Lysandra tells him how she was visited by Aphrodite, and he learns the prophecy only half-known to the king: a prince will claim the queen and wear the crown. She married the old man to find out whether Theron was real. The doors lock behind them.

Our take The prophecy gets its missing half, which finally gives the pair a reason to be together. A bit heavy on lore, but the locked doors promise a bigger payoff in the paid chapters.
