The robotic maid arrives with a cheerful warning about burning the house down. She cleans, apologizes for her calibration and meets the wife. A forgotten laptop charger brings the husband back early, and the dark living room is full of questions about who Yuna is.
Our take The robotic maid is a funny concept, and the calibration gag is delivered well. The husband coming back early adds a quick twist. Brief, but with an appealing and quirky tone.

The wife is rushing for a tennis match and tells her husband they have a doubles game in twenty minutes, with two charming partners. Yuna watches from the doorway as the afternoon speeds up and the marriage gets a new pace.
Our take The tennis match is a delightfully strange pivot, and Yuna watching from the doorway gives the scene a nice detached voice. It is light on plot, but fun, and different from the rest.

Synopsis

Yuna is a robotic maid, newly delivered and not entirely finished with her setup. She has one instruction: help around the house. She takes it seriously, disinfecting rooms, dimming lights and asking odd questions about the wife. Her new employers are a couple whose marriage has long since gone quiet, and who disagree about almost everything, including who is out when. Yuna's literal manner is funny at first. Then it becomes clear she notices things neither of them does. As the evening wears on, the household's routines come apart, the schedule slips and the wife's plans for the afternoon are not what the husband thinks.

Watch it if...

Watch it if you like comedy with a sci-fi twist. The robot maid is deadpan and surprising, the setup is light, and the marriage underneath is more interesting than it first seems. It is brief, funny and different from the usual stepfamily fare, and the android's precise manner makes ordinary scenes feel gloriously off balance.
